wooo, 12 years and now finally PROM TIME! haha, my prom is tomorrow, and im gettin so excitedd!!! i canit wait to take pictures in my dress and eat and partyy and drink and haveee fun with all my friends!! its so crazzy though, its liek one of our last things to do has a whole grade. i love my grad class, they are wikked!! everyone kinda gets along with everyone for the most part is which is totally awesomee! haha, ill post a few pictures from the nightt sometime soon! haha LATERR GUYSS!

Eric Staal - Eric Staal, the oldest of those four boys who are all going to be NHL superstars soon enough. Being the oldest he did everything first, get drafted, win a stanley cup. and hes still so humble about it. Eric seems like a pretty cool guy. Its really fun to se him and Jordan face each other and go head to head. This being the first time they ever got to play vs each other. Its fun to see a hardworking family work so hard and now are going to become NHL Stars!

Detroit Red Wings - Steve Yzerman<3, my all time favorite hockey player (him and Lemuix). I love this team. They never give up, they try and try. They have so much toughness. like Yzerman, he has had SO many injuries that alot of people would just hang up the laces, knee surgies and so on, but he always just kept coming back and playing harder and harder. They have won three cups and it was always great to watch them. Just to see them fight for everything and then finally win. 

Rascal Flatts - Im such a country girl! I love the Rascal Flatts. I always listen to them, haha! im a rock & Roll, country type Girl. haha! My fave song by them is What hurts the must, in the begining, i always had tears in my eyes for this song. But i just love it so much, i cannot stop listening to it. and other songs like god bless this broken road, sarahbeth and my wish, i could just go on and on! this year at the Grammys when they did the cover of Hotel California, Wow. Amazingg!

the Q - The closest NHL team i got is like New York or Montreal on, which means, i never get to go to NHL games usally. So i got the Q. haha! Im from PEI, so we got the PEI Rocket, they are acutally do good this year. The Q also, let me see Sidney Crosby play as a jr player, ill never forget that night. The games are fun, they got music going and the crowd really gets into the games. Which is good to see, all of us supporting them. and its also fun to watch the newcomers, and watch them grow.:)

Calgary Flames - Phaneuf, Iggy, Kiprusoff <3 I love the Flames. They are my favorite Canadian NHL Team. I met Phaneuf this summer, Sweetest guy! he was like talking to my little cousin liek he knew him and it was so cute to watch. and Can he ever fight on the ice. I love watching them, they have all the toughness, and its awesome to watch and they do good for Canadian teams!

Canadian Idol - I only just really started watching when Melissa O'Neil won. But i love it. I seen her and Rex in concert and it was fun, haha! I just love watching Canadians do good. its always fun to see and suport the locals who go out to try! Some people just need this to give them a little help. Some have GREAT talent and have no place to show it until Idol comes knockin in their doors!

Shopping - I love Shopping Haha! I usally go to the Sports store first haha, i love jerseys and hats haha! But dont get me wrong, i do love doing the girly shoppin too! haha! Im going PROM DRESS shopping and im so excited, i cannot wait to try on dresses!!

Sidney Crosby - Well i hope you guy got some time. Sidney Patrick Crosby, where do i begin. Its crazy to think, he has such an impact on my life. In such a short time, he has taken the whole world by storm. I do not care what anyone says about him, I will be a Sidney Crosby fan till i die. I have had so many fights over him and i have stood up for him everytime. Some fo the guys like to make fun of me, but i really dont care. No one can really understand what he does mean to me. He gives me a little bit of hope each day, there is a long personal reason why i love this guy so much. Crosby is a kid from Cole Harbour, NS, A little town where everyone knows everyone and Everyone usally is at the rink, and now look at him, he is just 19 year olds and he is leadin the NHL in points and is breakin a bunch of records. And when he comes home to visit, he likes to hang out with his kid sister. He came from nothing and now he has everyone he wants at his finger tips! It just awesome to see someone like him who gets to live out their dream everyday!   Wow, i could just keep going on and on! haha but i think ill stop. I think you all get the picture;)

hey guys. yeah so its been a while and im sorry. im on facebook like all the time, but i still come on here cause i read all the hockey fanfiction, which is totally aweosme by the way. haha! but yeah, anywho, yeah im pretty much at my breaking point. my best friend, who happens to be a guy and i have been fighting for so long, but yet i just keep going back. and i have no idea what to do anymore, im ready to just say frig it and walk away. but just everything about him, his eyes, his voice, his smile, the way he cares when we get along, the way i trust him more than anything in the world. just makes me go back. and then i just get hurt again. its so fusterating and i have no idea. awh, Kathy heard all about it last night, thanks again dear for letting me vent on you. haha! well the only good thing that happen been happening, prom is getting closer, and my little Crosby finally got his 100th point. haha! well anywho, i think im done venting for a little while. so i havent posted in a long time..oopsy! haha! well hope everyone had a good christmas and new years:).  Christmas was pretty good here, I got an autographed Alex Ovechkin Jersey, and its like 10 times to big for me but that's ok, i also got a hockey figure and pink shirt of Ovechkin, alot of people were surpised, since im not the biggest Ovie Fan, he sometimes make me mad, but he has some amazing talent. lol.  I got the Rookie book of Sidney Crosby, wow, its soo aweosme. then i got a dany Heatley Hockey Figure, i love itt haha and a pink Zetterburgh Shirt, Carrie Underwood cd and Final Destination 1,2&3 and Step Up Dvds:) yay! and then three days later, i turned 18, on the 28th, yay go me:) haha, i got a Pittsburgh Penguins ice cream cake, which was pretty sweet haha! New Years was fun, went out and partied yay! haha! Team Canada is doin prettyyy awesome, which is pretty sweet!! haha! well im gonna go LATERRR

Merrry Christmas & Happpy New Year:)

Sidney still had to deal with hockey and all the media he has to do. He got ready one more for practice, he new he had media right after, but today he got Brooke dressed in her warm clothes, and decided she should finally see his world. He got his gear ready and then got Brookes bag ready, he was a bit nervous but he knew the guys would understand.

            Marc-André Fluery was waiting for Sidney in the driveway; they usually drive together to practice, He was a bit surprised when he seen Sidney coming out of the doorway with his gear and Brooke in the car seat together. He got out and put his gear in the trunk while Sidney buckled Brooke in. They drove off towards the arena. When they arrived, there was plenty of media around. They both got out and Sidney got Brooke unbuckled and headed inside, Marc brought his gear in for him so he wouldn’t have to go back out there for a while. A few of the other player’s wives and girlfriends were around, they watched over Brooke, they couldn’t believe how adorable she was, and how much she looked like her father.

            Practice was just like any other practice they have. Afterwards Sidney listened to the coach’s talk and then checked on Brooke before heading into the showers. She mostly slept threw all the practice, but when Sidney was finished showering and getting his gear all ready, she was beginning to wake up. He smiled as he sat with her in his lap, he gently touched the side of her cheek, she took a hold of his finger and then it really hit Sidney.

            “Things won’t always be easy, I won’t always be able to help” Sidney began to say to his little girl “but I am going to try and be the best daddy to you.” He held her close and then gently stood up and then his coach came to tell him the media was waiting for him. Marc came to ask if he wanted him to look after Brooke while he talked to the media.

            “Thanks Marc, but I want to take her with me” Sidney said.

            “Are you sure?” Marc began “There going to be a lot of questions about it”

            “I Know” Sidney said “But when she older, I want her to see, I wasn’t ashamed of her, I want her to see how much I didn’t care what the media though and how much she really means to me” They both then walked off towards the media room, Sidney sat down, and held Brooke on his lap, who was starting to get sleepy again. Most of the questions were about how he would be able to focus on hockey and how was fatherhood.

            “There are a lot of other fathers playing in the NHL” Sidney began “It is hard on them, but you just have to deal with it and take it day by day, it wont be easy, but still hockey is a big part of my life and I’m going to do the best I can every time I step onto the ice, but I’m just not going to be playing for me, and my teammates but also for my daughter, I want her to have a father that she can be very proud of.” Sidney finished up with the media then got things ready to head back home. They arrived back at Mario’s; Marc helped take in the gear while Sidney took in Brooke. He put his gear away and then Marc left. Sidney changed and fed Brooke and then placed her in her crib. He then laid down on his bed and closed his eye and in no time was fast asleep.

No one knew what to do or say. An eighteen year old was sitting in his room so scared and sad, he has gone threw so much in his life, but nothing like this. They all say things happen for a reason, that was what was going threw this young mans mind, and he could not understand it. How could she not tell me before is what he keep thinking over and over, I could of handle this. Sidney Crosby was the number one draft pick this past summer, after a harsh lockout, he was the one they said that would save the NHL but now he has something even harder to do in life, become a father and a young age with the world watching.
A few days past, Sidney practiced and played as best he good, he had so much on his mind. His teammates help as much as they could. A week after he learned his was a father, he wanted to see his child as soon as he could. He boarded a plane to Calgary; his former world Jr teammate Dion Phaneuf was meeting him at the airport to take him right to the hospital. When he arrived at the hospital, he was so scared he didn’t know what to do. But the nurses help him as much as they could; they took him right to the nursery so he could finally see his newborn.
“Mr. Crosby, here is you new daughter” the nurse began “Brooke Audrey-Taylor Crosby.” She placed her in his arms and Sidney couldn’t believe how much she looked like Aaliyah, she was so perfect. He held her for most of the day, feeding, burping, changing and rocking her, he caught on quickly, he wanted to take her home then but the doctors wanted to keep an eye on her for another night. She was born a few weeks early because Aaliyah was involved in a car accident and they had to take Brooke out or she wasn’t going to make it. Dion picked Sidney up again and let him stay with him until he was able to take Brooke home with him.
He went back to the hospital and finally a few days later, Brooke was finally able to come home with him, he knew this was going to be huge but Mario had enough room for her. When he arrived back in Pittsburg, his parents were waiting for him, they came down from Cole Harbor, Sidney was excited, and he couldn’t wait to show his parents their granddaughter but at the same time he was so scared and did not want to mess anything up.
“Sidney’s, she’s beautiful” his mother said as she held her granddaughter. They sat around, everyone took a turn holding, changing and feeding Brooke and then finally Sidney laid her in the crib, he had as a child. She slept for most of the night, Sidney had to get up a few times to feed and change her. He gotten used to fatherhood quite faster than everyone expected.

hey guys. well summer is pretty much done, school in gonna start once again next tuesday. im looking forward for it, somewhat, just it being grade 12 and all & i cant wait to see everyone again:) and in 5 days, its the black eye peas concert, woop:) well im gonna go

well today was awesome, met dion phaneuf. he was sooo nice and hes really cute in person! lol! woo! yup so last night was ashton big party. that was fun!! im gonna miss that kid when she leaves for sweden! wellanywho, im out LATER!

hey guys. whats all new? well...summers here so ya know what that means, partyin and hangin out. west point days is this weekend, i went one day and that was intresting. im tanned and i love it, woo. oleary carnvial is comin up soon, excited some. and soon ours will be here and my best friend form ktown i think is comin, so that is gonna be sweet! 65 more days till Peguins vs Flyers.
